香ばしい香りが店内に満ちる
キジ丼1000円
所謂野生のキジではなく、
鶏肉のみりん醤油焼きをそう呼ぶ遊び心
赤黒い焼鶏は照り良く凄みすらあり
たっぷり黒海苔が載せられて着丼
澄み切った鳥卵とじスープは熟練の技
漬物の清々しさも堪らなく素晴らしい
こういう店では黙々と食べることに専念したい
店主ご夫婦の生真面目さと温かさも
