大森駅から徒歩5分の場所にある「大森ホルモン まるみち」は、新鮮なホルモンと上質な焼肉を楽しめるお店とのことでやってきました。店内は清潔感があり、レトロな雰囲気で落ち着いた空間が広がっています。
今回は、以下のメニューを堪能しました。
お通し：キャベツ
シャキシャキとした食感と甘みのあるキャベツは、焼肉の箸休めに最適です。
野菜盛り
新鮮な野菜がたっぷり盛り込まれた一皿です。
ライス
焼肉と一緒に食べるライスは、必須アイテムです。
韓国のり
焼肉のお供にぴったりな、パリパリとした食感の韓国のりです。
キムチ三種盛り
白菜キムチ、カクテキ、オイキムチの三種類が楽しめる盛り合わせです。どれも辛すぎず、食べやすいキムチでした。
仙台牛 特選ハラミ
肉厚で柔らかいハラミは、噛むほどに旨味が溢れ出します。
特上カルビ
とろけるような甘みと脂の旨味が口いっぱいに広がるカルビです。そして脂がしつこくありませんでした。
和牛ともさんかく
程よい歯ごたえとジューシーな味わいが楽しめる三角バラ肉です。口の中でとろけました。
タン盛り合わせ
厚みがあり、程よい弾力のある上タンは、レモンと塩でシンプルに味わいました。
冷麺
コシのある麺と、さっぱりとしたスープが絶妙な冷麺は、食後のデザートに最適です。
メイプルパンアイス
パンを炭火で焼いて、冷たいアイスをかけました。組み合わせが絶妙なデザートです。
料理はどれも新鮮で、上質な味わいでした。特におすすめなのが、仙台牛 特選ハラミと特上カルビです。どちらも肉厚で柔らかく、噛むほどに旨味が溢れ出します。
店長さんのサービス精神も素晴らしく、食事中にものすごい気を使ってもらいました。帰りには、ファブリーズや寒いのでカイロまでいただきました。
