秋刀魚のランチ、最高
予約してランチにいきました。ほぼ予約で満席でした。きょうは、この時期だけのメニュー、秋刀魚のランチがあったので迷わずに選びました。
言葉で伝えるのは難しいけど、秋刀魚を頭から尻尾まで全部、まるごと頂きました。お店の方の説明だと、３時間ぐらい手間がかかる一品で、一年の内、この時期だけ提供されているそうです。
前菜からデザートまでどれもとっても美味しい料理でした。

一皿目のお魚が最高に美味しかった。ソースとの相性抜群。
メインのお肉も、イカの小皿もおいしく頂きました。
デザートの黒ごまプリンも良かった。
