大森駅から徒歩20分位のとこにある『覇王』さん。
典型的な町中華って感じの古っぽい外観。
たぶんノスタルジックラーメン(通称ノスラー)を頂けそうなので入店。
最近のラーメンは進化し過ぎてる感があって(もちろん喜ばしい事だが‥)時には原点のラーメンも食べたくなるもの。
普通のラーメンを食べるつもりだったがメニューに店名を冠した『覇王ラーメン』というのがあったのでそれを注文した。
配膳されたのは玉子や肉、野菜が入った片栗粉の弱めな餡掛けラーメン。
このタイプも昔から良くあるラーメン。
麺もオーソドックスな中細の中華麺で味は大体予想通りだが、その辺がノスラーの良いところでもある。
しかしノスラーにしては950円とはちと高いな。
これも時代の流れなのかな。
