池上通りと環七の交差点にある中華屋さんです 木曜日のお昼時にお邪魔しました 先客はカウンターに2名 常連さんっぽいです メニューを見て一考 つけ麺屋さんなので、つけ麺がいいのか、それとも汁に浸かったラーメンがいいのか 元々、つけ麺はあまり食べないのでもやしソバに決定 イメージはサンマーメンです 注文から5分ほどで着丼しました まずはスープをひと口 ピリっとします デフォルトで山椒が入っています 普段からテーブルやカウンター備え付けの山椒を使わない派なので、最初から入っているのは少し残念でした 餡は緩めです メニュー紹介にボリューム満点と書かれていましたが実際は85点くらいです ごちそうさまでした
