大森駅からすぐの場所にある中華そば屋さんです。
つけ麺が食べたくて初めてお邪魔してみました！
入り口は小さく意識して見ておかないと通り過ぎてしまいますのでご注意ください！
平日の昼間過ぎだったからか空いていました！！
お店に入ると入り口すぐに食券機があるのでそこでまず食券を購入します。
今回は
【つけ麺】中盛りにのりと玉ねぎのトッピングを注文しました。
高級のりと書いてあり、たしかにとってもしっかりした印象ですが150円とラーメン屋のトッピングとしてはいい値段がします。
食券を渡すとすぐ店員さんがキッチンへ行ってしまいました。
熱盛が好きなのですが伝える間もなかったです。
（普段からなにかこだわりがあり熱盛をやらないのかはわからないです）
5分〜10分くらいでつけ麺が到着しました！！
案の定麺は冷たいです。
スープはドロドロ系で煮干しを感じますがそこまで煮干し煮干ししているわけではないので食べやすいと思います！！
とっても美味しいです。そして玉ねぎが大正解です！！濃いめのスープによく合います！！
ドロドロ系で麺によく絡み美味しいのですが、スープの量が絶妙に少なく途中から不安になっていきます。個人的には最後スープの味が感じられずに残念でした。
特製ニンニクはなんなのかよくわからなかったですがめっちゃ緑でした。
美味しかったですが、今後スープの量を増やしてもらえて熱盛で提供してもらえたらいいなと思います。
