立飲みすずようさんからの流れ、由丸製麺所平和島店さんにおじゃま
国道15号線沿いにあり、店内は結構広いです
しかも、ガラス張りになってるところに製麺室があります
まあいわゆる、博多ラーメンのお店です
まああったので、烏龍割りです
つまみは、皿ワンタンツルンツルン
ランチは、博多ラーメン粉落としで
どれどれで、いただきます
まずは、スープからZOOZOO
ウ～ン、万人受けするあっさり目のスープ
そこそこ、粘度はあるもののコクが今一つ
麺はというと、粉落としにした割には軟いです
普通は、ポキポキしてるんですけどね
まあ、チェーン店ですからね
卓上にある調味料を、味気ないラーメンに投入
やっぱり、ゴマ入れると香ばしくていいね
