今日は夕食時にちょうど近くを車で通ったので、前から気になっていたこのお店に行ってみることに。
由丸というと確か日本橋で何回か食べた記憶が。同じ店舗か分からないが、ここは横に製麺所があるようで、ひょっとしたらここで製麺したものが由丸と名のつくお店に回っているのかもしれない。
特製ラーメンにチャーシューをトッピング。博多らしく速攻で出来上がる。
味はかなりマイルドで、個人的には薄めに感じた。卓上調味料を色々加えると良い感じに仕上がる。ちなみに妻はこの味が大好きらしく大絶賛していた。
麺はバリカタ、替え玉は粉落としで頼んだが、フレッシュな食感でかなり良い感じ。さすが製麺所が横にあるだけあるなと感じた。
具はひとつひとつは美味しいが、全体的なまとまりに欠ける印象。チャーシューがかなり良い感じだったので、次回はチャーシューだけを増やして食べようかなと思う。
メニューも多く、トッピングの仕方次第ではさらに美味しく食べれそうなので、再訪したいと思う。
