今年初めのラーメン店を自宅から歩いて行ける範囲の店で探し、この日も営業していたこちらを訪問することに。
11：00の開店時間を目指して家を出て、ほぼちょうどに到着。先客なし。券売機を見ると由丸らーめん＠900円(税込み)がなぜか売り切れ表示。カウンター内にいるお店の方に売り切れですかというとすぐに券売機のところにきてちょこちょこと操作すると販売可能に。券売機の設定が開店時間に調整できていないのはちょっと問題かも。
今回は、妻も私も正月だし奮発して全部入り的な由丸らーめんをポチっとする。食券をカウンターへ持って行き麺の硬さを指定し、出来上がったところで呼ばれて取りに行くスタイルのようである。これなら最低のスタッフ数で対応できるのでしょう。
5分ちょっとで呼ばれ取りに行く。見た目、普通の博多ラーメンというと失礼かもしれないが、ラーメンに味玉がトッピングされている感じにしか見えない。まずはスープを一口いただき味を確認。ちょっと味濃いめの濃厚スープです。麺はカタ麺でオーダーしているので食べ始めは硬めに仕上がっているが、だんだん柔らかくなってくるのでゆっくりといただいているわけにはいきません。替え玉をするつもりはないので麺を食べながらスープも一緒にいただけるのは良いと思います。辛子高菜をスープに溶かすとピリッと感がスープに出て味に変化が出ます。それなりの博多ラーメンかと思います。
正月早々にいただくラーメンとしては食べやすい豚骨はありだと思いました。
