大森での仕事帰り。
今一緒に仕事している会社の方から、変わった名前のラーメン店がある、と聞き今回初訪問。
京急線平和島駅から5〜6分、環七を進むとお店はあります。
外観からはラーメン店の雰囲気はなく、カフェか個人美容室っぽい感じです。
店内はカウンターのみ、白で統一されてシンプル。奥には製麺機。
「醤油ラーメン」と「チャーシュー丼」の食券を購入して、カウンターに。
5分ほどでラーメンが出来上がり、そのあと直ぐ丼が来ました。
濃い色のスープは、醤油が強めですが、塩味は優しい感じ。麺との絡みも良いです。
チャーシューは豚と鶏が一枚づつのっていて、どちらもジューシー。
丼の量もちょうど良い具合で、直ぐに完食。
店内のBGMもお店にマッチしていて、屋号といい、店主の個性が感じられるお店。
コスパも良く、また伺いたいお店です。
