焼肉乙ちゃん大森ベルポート店に行ってみた焼肉無煙ロースターで、焼肉の煙と店内の空気を一緒に排気。焼肉ニオイも換気も気にせずに快適「焼肉」
大森駅すぐの「大森ベルポート」。初めて入りました。広くてキレイ。
大森ベルポートD館2Fにあるのが今回お伺いした「焼肉乙ちゃん」
入り口横のショーケースには希少部位のお肉がズラリ！
もうワクワクです。
検温・消毒をして席について、生ビール中ジョッキ550円と・・
乙ちゃんサラダ780円を注文して・・・
お目当ての「肉」はコレ！
「名物！絶対お得な盛り合わせメニュー」の中から、「厳選赤身肉５種盛り」1人前1,880円を！※注文は2人前より・写真は2人前
「脂っこいお肉が苦手な方向き。厳選赤身肉だけ５種類盛り合わせました」という赤身肉の盛り合わせ！
50代夫婦には赤身が大事なの（笑）
1枚1枚手切りのお肉です。希少部位も楽しめる「盛合わせ」メニューは絶対にオススメ！
部位ごとに、ゆっくりと楽しみました。
お肉の説明も店内掲示やブックにあるので、読みながら食べるのも楽しいですよね。
ニンニク入りと無しのタレは、それぞれ風味が違います。どちらも美味しい。お塩も、辛味噌も。お好みに合わせて。
本当にどの赤身肉も美味しかったです。
噛み応えもあるけれど、箸でも切れるくらいに柔らかくてジューシーで。最高です。
ご飯で「ワンバウンド」も必須ですね（笑）
ちなみに、この大盛ごはんは「白飯モリモリ」450円。
チューハイ380円は、濃いめをプラス100円で注文できます。
赤身の希少部位を十分に堪能した後は・・
ホルモンも「盛合わせ5種」1,380円で。
ホルモン系もプリプリで、特製辛味噌味で美味しいです。こちらもオススメ！
〆は冷麺！でしょ。やっぱり冷麺。
「乙ちゃん冷麺」880円 さっぱり優しい味系の冷麺。麺もつるっつるで、カツオ梅干しの旨み酸味のアクセントあり、最高の〆でした。
焼肉無煙ロースターって、ニオイも換気も安心なのですね。
久々の焼肉。お店もキレイで、店員さんは明るくて優しくて、お肉も全部美味しくて。本当に美味しい楽しい時間を過ごせました。また伺いたいお店です。
