会社を終えた飲みニストは、大森にて。。。
今日は、大森ベルポートの中にある「焼肉乙ちゃん」へやってきました！！
お店のショーケースに、美味しそうなお肉がずらっと並んでいて、テンションがあがります。
こちらのお店は、創業４０年の卸問屋が営むお店ということで、卸問屋の目で選んだ美味しいお肉を
食べることができるお店とのことです。
まずは、ノンアルコールサワー レモンサワーテイストをいただきます。
【キムチ盛り合わせ】
キムチ盛り合わせは、
・白菜キムチ
・オイキムチ
・カクテキ
の３種類。
白菜キムチがほどよい辛さで、ほんのりとした甘みもあり、
美味しくいただきました。
【黒毛和牛雌一頭盛り１０種】
まずは、色々な部位のお肉を食べ比べしたいと思い、「黒毛和牛雌一頭盛り１０種」をオーダー！！
出てきたお肉は、
・ミスジ
・ザブトン
・カメノコウ
・三角バラ
・ブリスケ
・ランプ
・ナカクニ
・ヒレ
・トモサンカク
・シンシン の１０種類。
お肉の美しさにめっちゃテンションアップです！！
食べる前からよだれが出てきちゃいます。
黒毛和牛ということで、どのお肉も肉質やわらかです。
中でも、ヒレは超ふわふわ食感。シンシンは、箸でも切れそうな柔らかさです。
三角バラは、脂多めでジューシーなので、わさびと一緒に美味しくいただきました。
お次のドリンクは、ぶどうボンボンジュースを！！
ぶどうの果肉が入っていて、美味しくいただきました。
【上ハラミ】
もう少しお肉を食べたい気分だったので、追加で上ハラミをいただくことにしました。
やっぱりハラミを食べると、肉を食べているなぁと実感しますね。
【炙り肉寿司】
大きな霜降り肉の載った炙り肉寿司は、ボリューム満点です。
【ユッケジャンスープ】
ユッケジャンスープは、プラス料金で、中辛・大辛もえらべるので、
中辛をお願いしました。
濃厚な味わいのユッケジャンスープは、ウマウマです！！
ほどよい辛さのスープですが、飲み進めていくと、だんだん辛くなっていきます。
【冷麺】
キムチ・チャーシュー・玉子が入った定番の冷麺。
スープがめっちゃ美味しく、最後までゴクゴク飲んじゃいました（笑）
