その中で”東京食肉市場仲卸直営店”の暖簾文字と
品質や味にこだわった雌牛を一頭買いに看板
家族・カップル・仕事帰りの男性グループで
ひときわ賑わっているのを目にして入店
カウンター・テーブル・掘り炬燵の客席
間仕切りのある掘り炬燵席に案内される
自信を持った肉の部位の数々のメニュー
迷ったので看板の文字と食べ比べも出来る
黒毛和牛雌牛一頭盛り１０種を（込４２５０円/人）
２人前からなので注文
一緒にキムチ盛り合わせ（込８６０円）
サンチュ（込６４０円）を注文
この後 運転をするので烏龍茶（込３００円）で乾杯
キムチの盛り合わせは
大きくカットして作られた
大根のカクテキときゅうりのオイキムチ
キムチも程よく漬かっており品良く並んでます
それぞれの部位の名前が付けられた盛り１０種が
運ばれました
焼いている場から脂が噴き出して
もちろん食べると脂が乗っていて口の中で溶けてしまった
（サーロイン・トモサンカク・ザブトン）
こちらは主に塩をつけたり
サンチュに巻いたり
歯ごたえがあり脂感は抑えられた
（ブリスケ・ナカニク・カメノコウ・シンシン）
さっぱり頂いたのは良く聞く部位
（ササミ・肩ロース）
しっとりした肉だなと感じたのは（カイノミ）
自家製のニンニクベースのタレ
白だしベースのタレを交互に付けて
こちらもサンチュに付いてる辛味噌を肉に付けて巻いても食べました
そして一番美味しく気に入ったのはザブトンでした
様々な部位の違いを楽しんで美味しい肉を食べようと決めたのと
充分な量でしたので今回の注文はここまで
臭いも気にならずに
美味しいお肉を食べるならまた訪れたい店でした
