平日のランチタイムに伺いました。
コアタイム前でしたがお客さんは3組。
おひとりさまでしたが2人掛けのテーブルに案内されました。
ランチメニュは壁に貼っており定食が6種、麺類が5種です。
その中から野菜タンメン+半チャーハンをセレクトです。
注文から5分弱で野菜タンメンと半チャーハンのセットが到着です。
一番最初に目に入ったのが半チャーハン((((；ﾟДﾟ)))))))
チャーハンの山は無く、小さな台地があるだけ。
いつ炒めたのだろうかと思うくらいバラバラしている。
単体で食べるのは困難でしたのでタンメンスープと一緒にいただきました。
野菜タンメンは軽く油通しした野菜が盛られています。
キャベツ、ニンジン、野沢菜、たけのこなどカリカリの食感。
スープはあっさり中華スープベースですが白濁しております。
塩味も控え目。
麺は偏平麺、少々柔らかいです。
定食をセレクトした方が良かったかな。
他の方が注文していた定食のご飯の盛りも良かったように見えました。
私が入店した後も続々とお客さんが来店し、1F席は8割弱テーブルが埋まりました。
全員男性客でしたが(^^;
