蒲田、大森辺りは大陸系中華屋の密集地帯。なぜそうなったのかなどの背景はわからないが、とにかく大陸系中華屋が多く、蒲田餃子なる名物まで生まれたほどのいわば聖地。
今日はいつもそれなりに人が入っていて気になっていたこちらにやってきた
平日12時到着で店内客入り4割。
私の入店後、来客が増え店内満席に。人気店ですね。
本日の注文
豚ガツとニンニクの芽炒め定食¥700
値上げしてないのかな？安いですねー
麺類と半チャーハンのランチセットでも900円とかでした。
5分ほどで提供。
具材は細かく切られたガツ、ニンニクの芽、エリンギ、小さめで四角く切られた玉ねぎ、にんじん、たけのこ。
さっそくいただきます。
味付はピリ辛・甘辛。
甘すぎず、辛すぎず、しょっぱすぎず、ちょうどよいバランス感でとても食べやすいです。
炒め加減もよいのでしょう、野菜はシャキっと感が残り、ガツはプリッとしていて食感もよし。
油の量も適度で、程よくパンチがありつつも重たさは感じません。
ニンニクの芽ってウマイですよねー。
大好物です。適度な硬さの歯応えとシャッキリ感、表現の仕方が難しい独特の味がたまりません。
見かけるとついつい頼んでしまいます。
キャベツのサラダは申し訳程度の量でしたが、デザートとスープもついて700円ならこのご時世なら十分な安さ。
炒めの技術が高いような気がするのでチャーハンとかも食べてみたい。
