2023.5.18 Visited Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) Yoshihiko Tokyo Omori store around 17:00. I had a strong desire to eat lamb rather than Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate). Omori went there because he wanted to eat Shaved ice. We decided to have some food anyway, so we headed over there. The inside of the store, which is spread out underground, was a little unusual because all the tables had roasters built into them. The counter was placed normally. Anyway, I ordered today's domestic sheep yukhoe. I was hesitant about lamb, but went with the Aomori prefecture hogget and Australian shoulder loin recommended by the staff. I also ordered an assortment of vegetables. It seems like they buy whole animals from various places, so the prices are low. The staff explained everything carefully from the beginning and grilled all the meat. It was well-cooked and very easy to eat. There is no smell and the meat is very tender. It was my first experience grilling kale and eating it with salt. I was very satisfied with the delicious lamb, even the fat was delicious. However, if you order a single item, the price may be high. I might want to try it on the course next time.
