Woltで新店舗として紹介されていたのでチキンケバブサンド(大盛)とケバブの盛り合わせを頂きました。
チキンケバブサンド(大盛)はボリュームがあるもののチキンが胸肉なのでパサパサです。
ケバブの盛り合わせの内容はチキン・ビーフケバブ肉、トルコハンバーグ、チキンの串焼き、野菜盛り合わせ、ライス、1/4ピタパンｘ２。こちらもチキンは胸肉です。串焼きは胸肉まんまとしてはサイズが小さいのでささみかもしれません、どのみちパサパサで普段ストリートで見かけるチキンケバブを想像しているとかなり質感の違うものです。チキンケバブ・串焼きは漬け込みがあまりされていないせいもありパサパサ感が強いのかもしれません。ビーフケバブは可もなく不可もなく普通です。トルコハンバーグはどのような肉の割合かわかりませんがチキンに負けず劣らずパサパサです。
写真でも見えるように1/4ピタパンが野菜盛り合わせとライスの上に置いてあるのですが野菜の上にはソースがかかっているので一方のピタパンは片面ソースまみれ、もう片方のピタパンは片面にライスがちょっとひっついている感じです。パンは手づかみで食べると思うのでちょっと残念でした。
チキンが胸肉であった時点で自分としては残念ですが「本場さながらの美味しさを是非ご堪能ください。」とうたわれているのでもしかしたらこれが本来のケバブなのかもしれません。ハンバーグもしかり。
しかし盛り合わせの梱包からはあまり食べる方の配慮はしていただいていないのかなぁと思う次第でした。
