こんにちは。
美容鍼灸師kozueです。
先日、久しぶりにパスタを食べてきました。
今回、伺ったのは、パパは唐揚げ私はパスタというユニークな名前のお店です。
先日、東方医大通りの大森西交差点から大森町栄商店街へ少し入った場所にあります。
大きく、PASTAと赤い看板があり、お店の前には、美味食堂という暖簾がかけてあります。
食堂と書いてあるので勘違いしてしまいそうですが、パスタ屋さんです。
店内は、カウンター席が9席、4人掛けのテープ席が4卓あります。ちょっと居酒屋風な佇まいですね。
パスタは生麺を使用し、メニューの種類はかなり多いです。
今回は、今月のおススメパスタから、三種のキノコとポルチーニ茸のクリームパスタと牡蠣とほうれん草のバター醤油を注文しました。
お値段はどちらも900円です。また私はドリンクとサラダのAセット、友人は、ドリンクとサラダと唐揚げが2個ついたBセットでお願いしました。
サラダは、中くらいの小鉢に野菜がしっかり盛り付けられており、ドリンクはフリードリンクで5種類くらいセルフサービスで利用することができるので、セットがお得だと思います。
牡蠣とほうれん草のバター醤油は、小ぶりですが牡蠣が4つも入っており、ほうれん草と海苔を使うことで和風のテイストになっています。バター醤油はコクがあり、醤油の風味はあるのに塩っぱくはないので、味付けがとても繊細で上手だと思いました。
麺もモチモチしており、食感がよくて美味しいです。
三種のキノコとポルチーニ茸のクリームパスタは、キノコたっぷりのクリームソースにポルチーニ茸の香りがよく、クリームはサラッとしているので、麺によく絡みます。クリームと生パスタの組み合わせも良いですね。こちらも塩分控えめで私たちにとってはとても美味しかったです。ただ一つ残念なのが、スープが美味しいのにお皿に残ってしまうので、パンもしくは追いライスがあると嬉しいなと友人が言ってました。
今は、気軽に家でもパスタが食べれるので、久しぶりに外食でパスタを食べましたが、やはりお店で食べるパスタも美味しいですね。
