10年以上前になると思いますが、つじ田神田本店で食べたつけ麺が衝撃的に美味しくて、つけ麺を好むきっかけになったお店と言っても過言ではありません。
2022年7月オープンの此方のお店、営業先回りの帰り、食べログ検索で偶然見つけ、いそいそワクワク喜び勇んで初訪問です。
表の券売機で濃厚味玉つけ麺（¥1,180）を購入、ちょっと高いなぁと思いながら入店、先客は7名ほど、既にアクリル版の使用なし、奥に詰めての着席を促されます。（汗）
待つこと8分ほどで着丼、テッカテカに光った太麺、カットかぼすが乗って、とっても美味しそうです。
さっそく麺をそのまま一口、ズズッズルズル、それほど小麦感は強くありませんが、モチモチで食べやすい麺。
つけ汁は、想ったほどドロドロではなく、トロトロで濃厚で深みのある、それでいてサラッとした後味、もの凄く麺との相性も好く、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。
つけめん流儀よりも早めにかぼすを絞り、黒七味もたっぷり振って、更にズルズルっと食べ進めます。
途中で味玉をパッカーン、半熟加減が絶妙、その一つを口に放り込み、そして麺も追っかけ放り込む、イヤー旨いなぁコレ、何という至福のひととき。
あっという間に完食、そしてお腹いっぱい、最後にスープ割りをいただき完飲、イヤー旨かったぁ、とっても美味しい濃厚味玉つけ麺、ご馳走さまでした！
