久々に蒲田で餃子なんぞ食べてみようかと
学生時代よく行ったのは京急蒲田の
某有名店だったが
今回は一度来てみたかったこちらのお店
JR蒲田駅からも近く行きやすい
お昼少しすぎて到着すると
店内はお客さんでいっぱい
1人だったので運良く丸ﾃｰﾌﾞﾙに相席で滑り込む
ﾗｯｷｰ!丸ﾃｰﾌﾞﾙにはお一人様多数で少し安心
さて注文は餃子一本勝負で
焼餃子と水餃子を注文
まずは焼餃子が早々に登場
羽付きが蒲田餃子って感じで
外側の生地はﾊﾟﾘｯ
そこ以外はﾓﾁｯと生地
(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
やっぱり蒲田餃子は生地っすね
時間がかかって水餃子の登場
水餃子はﾓﾁｯとで弾力有り
ひさびさに食べたわ、こういう餃子
私の水餃子ﾃﾞﾋﾞｭｰは20年近く前の蒲田で
その美味しさに驚いたもんだ
餃子しか食べてないので
他の料理はわからないけど
美味しかった～
ｻｸｯと食べてｻｸｯと出てきた
また伺います
