妻と2人で行きました。
出していただいた水を飲みながら、女性店員が餃子の皮を作っている風景をじっくり見ていました。
人間が環境、雰囲気に弱いのか、その風景を見て、思うわずに、水餃子を2人前を頼みました。
それから、ビール。妻が笑いましたね。
約5分程度、水餃子が出て来ました。
※香り、その香りだけで十分です。（御免、言葉で表現出来ないほどの美味しいさ）
口にすると、美味しい！
まず、その手作り皮の弾力。
それから、わあ〜と、出て来たの肉汁。たまらないね。
おかけさまで、ビールが2本も飲みました。結局は水餃子たけでお腹がいっぱいになりました。
