蒲田といえば餃子の聖地ですが
その中で必ず名前があがるお店といえば
「金春（コンパル）本館」さん。
やはり、というか当然
餃子百名店2019/2021を受賞。
今回は餃子はしごの旅だったので
それはそれは控えめに「餃子」を注文。
6個入りで330円（税込み）でした。
また、この場合の餃子は
金春名物の羽付き焼き餃子であり
店内のほぼ全員が注文していました。
羽根はもちろんパリパリですが
対称的に皮はモチモチ感が強めの餃子です。
とある投稿によると
肉が3割、野菜が7割らしく
確かに肉よりも野菜の風味を感じます。
また、ニンニク不使用のため
20代のわんぱく社会人には
ややパンチが足りなく思えました。
