この日は東京出張で蒲田に宿泊。
夜ご飯はこちら。
味のとんかつ「丸一」さんへ♪
こちらはとんかつ激戦区の蒲田にあって、
1,2を争う人気行列店になります。
お店へは京急蒲田駅西口から徒歩約6分、
17時50分頃に到着。
店内は満席で外待ち6人でした。7番目。
人気行列店で今まで避けていたけど、
蒲田に宿泊するっていうのと、並びが少な目だったので今回は並んで食べよーって。
で、並んでいる間に注文！
●ひれかつ定食
極上ロースかつと悩んみました…。
思いのほか並びの進みが早く、
約10分ほどで店内へご案内。
客席はL字カウンター12席のみ。
活気があって、とても良い雰囲気のお店です。
で、約10分ほどで「ひれかつ定食」の登場！
定食にはライス、豚汁、お新香付き。
とんかつは程よいサイズのお肉が3切れ！
それをさらに食べやすいサイズに3つにカットされていましたよー♪
ちなみに小は2切れ、大は4切れだそうです。
まずは何も付けずにそのままでいただきましたがお肉の味をしっかりと感じられる美味しいとんかつ！しかもジューシーでとても柔らかいです‼︎
次に卓上にあるお塩を付けていただきました。
これはさらにとんかつを旨味を引き出しますねー。
で、最後はソースで。
もちろんソースも美味しいのですが、個人的な好みでほぼ塩で食べちゃいました。
満腹、満腹。
またタイミングが合えば食べに行きたいと思います。次は極上ロースかな。
