平日のランチに妻と二人で行きました。
到着は10:15分。既に6人の行列が(^_^;)。
10:30頃にお店の方が事前に注文を聞きに来てくれます。
私は「ロースカツ定食」、妻が「半ヒレカツ定食」。
店内の厨房で料理の準備が始まりましたが、時間5分前で20人程の長蛇の列が！
ちょっと早めに開けてくれて、並んでいた順番で奥からカウンター席に座ります。
大将がカツを順番に揚げ、流れに沿って給仕されていきます。
着席から5分程で到着。
早速トンカツソースをかけ、ぶ厚いほんのり桜色のカツを一口。カツのあげかげんが絶品で柔らかくジューシー、またソースも旨い!
カラッとしていてモタレも全く感じない。
これぞ、今まで食べたトンカツでNO1間違いなし!
ロース肉は程よい脂でしつこく無く旨味が溢れでる感じ。ヒレは柔らかくこれも最高。
20分程で食べ終えて外へ。2巡目の人が入っても、まだ外には15人程の待ちが！でも、これだけで並んでも食べる価値あり。
今日も美味しくいただきました。
