人生で初めての蒲田は私の大好物のトンカツの激戦区です。
今回は有名な丸一さんに訪問です。
遅い時間だったので、上ロースが売り切れでした。
上ロースを狙う場合は、早めに行くのが良さそうです。
ランチのロースカツ定食@1,500円を注文しました。
ロースカツは衣がサクサクで、ロースは分厚く脂身がしっかり乗っています。
肉の甘みも欠けず、卓上の塩で食べるのもバッチリです。
ロースカツには塩派ですが、このお店のロースカツはソースが合いますね。
甘めの豚汁も含めて、ご飯が進む素敵な定食です。
