YouTubeでも良く見かけており、宿題店として残っていたらこちらにて夕食。
チャーシュー麺鬼脂1,450円。
5分程度で配膳され、一面背脂に覆われたスープは期待感を高めます。
ん〜選択を違えたかな。
液体脂が多過ぎてスープの味が全くしない。
醤油ダレを投入してそこから混ぜ混ぜしてスープを飲んでもほとんどわからん。
東松山の136的なのを期待していたので正直残念だ。
中脂ぐらいにしておくべきだっかな。
玉ネギも多めにしたけど殆ど入ってなかったように思う。
ちょっと残念。
