この日は蒲田で時間があったため、軽くワインとパスタでランチをすることに。YouTube等でも出ていて気になっていたこの店に。
京急蒲田と蒲田のちょうど間ぐらいにあり、どちらの駅からでも歩くとそれなりにかかるが、周辺は繁華街でそれなりに散歩も楽しめるだろう。
まずはハウスの赤を注文。ワインについてはパスタバルなのでハウスも複数から選べればより良かった。まぁ無難な赤と言えよう。
合わせたのはフォアグラのパテ。フォアグラ感はそんなにないが、無難に赤と合ってはくれた感じだろうか。
パスタはたくさん種類があるが、ここは無難にカルボナーラ。白のハウスワインを合わせていく。
パスタとしてまず感じるのは生パスタのもちもち感。これは中々のこだわりを感じるところだ。カルボナーラのソースはコーンスープのようなスタイル。チーズをより効かせたパワフルな味の方が生パスタとバランスが取れて良かったかなぁとは思うところだが、優しいカルボナーラが好きな方には合うかもしれない。味にパワフル感が欲しいなぁと思っていたらマリーシャープのハバネロソースがあり、良い感じに味変できたのは良かったと思う。
店員さんの感じは良く、さまざまな決済サービスも使えるので気軽に行けるバルとして利用価値がありそうだ。
