西口の工学院そばの路地にあります。
わかりにくい場所のせいか、割りといつも空いてます。
蒲田にしては、えっ、高い？
と思いますが、食べると納得します。
レバ刺しも、嫌な臭みがなく新鮮。
カルビは霜降りだけど、脂っぽくなくてこれも美味しい。
私のいちばんのオススメは、テグタンクッパ。
辛いですが、何とも言えない出汁が出ていてシメにぴったり。
散々食べた後なら、2〜3人でシェアするのが良いかな？
男性2人の従業員がいますが、この両名のサービスの質が違い過ぎます。
やる気の問題なのかしら？
たまに厨房から、何かを激しく打ち付ける音が聞こえてくるんですが、肉をやわらかくするのに叩いてるのかなぁ。
うるさいのがたまにきず。
