[Gonbe] is proud of its fresh offal purchased from Shibaura Meat Market. We recommend the ``offal stew'', which is simmered for 2 hours in a sauce made with white miso. The crunchy and soft texture makes it perfect as a snack with alcohol.You can also choose from salt or sauce.The motsuyaki comes in soft, smooth and flavorful ``shiro'', the classic ``liver'', and firm and chewy ``kashira''. It's popular. Also try the "Liver Steak", which is fresh liver stir-fried with soy sauce and garlic!

There is a rich lineup of approximately 25 types of drinks. Highballs and sours made with strong carbonic acid extracted from a dedicated server are recommended as they go well with food.In addition, the barrels provided by Suntory's ``Kamiwa Tatsujin'', which have passed strict quality criteria such as the way the bubbles appear, are also recommended.
