It's a miracle that the noodles are made after receiving an order, so I don't recommend doing it during your break at work. Number 1 is on a hungry afternoon when you have plenty of time, but that's quite difficult, so number 2 is visiting a few famous restaurants in Kamata in the afternoon and coming here to finish off the day with some carbohydrates. I waited while enjoying a beer, and it felt like about 20 minutes. It had that rubbery texture I'm looking for in Cold Noodles, but also a good crispness within the chewy texture. The texture and smoothness in your throat make you want to try more and more, just as you'd expect from a famous restaurant!! On the contrary, everyone ate it all in one go in silence lol
