山形牛を扱う蒲田の焼き肉屋、牛吟。西口から近く蒲田らしからぬ？上品な焼き肉屋。ランチで訪問。限定10食のハンバーグランチにミニカレーを追加、山形牛を美味しく戴きました。計1606円はコストパフォーマンス良いかと感じました。
ハンバーグはまさに山形牛100%！肉厚で熱々。流行りの肉汁ジャバジャバということもなく、ほどよい柔らかさともちもちした正統派。つけ合わせのニンジングラッセやいんげん、コーンも美味しかったです。味変にテーブル供えつけの焼き肉タレをかけるとまた旨し！
ミニカレーは山形牛もたっぷり甘辛い理想的なカレーです。ルーだけかと思ったらライス、福神漬けやもしっかり。こちらライスやスープはおかわり自由ですが、さすがにおかわりには至りませんでした。
後日戴いたロース肉大盛ランチは山形牛A3もも肉、ほどよい柔らかさとさしがうまい！タレもフルーティー！かなりおすすめです。サラダ、キムチ、杏仁豆腐付。もちろんライス、スープはおかわり無料。
デザートに杏仁豆腐を戴いてごちそうさまでした。
