今日は蒲田でちょっと1杯！
今日は仕事がいつもより早く終わったので、終電まではまだ時間があるので、仕事仲間と二人で蒲田駅周辺を散策。
蒲田には小さな居酒屋がたくさんある。
そんな中、小さな鶏肉料理屋を見つけた。
『日南市じとっこ組合』ちょっと変わったネーミング。
とりあえず、入ってみる事にした。
席はカウンター席とテーブル席
入店して残り15分くらいでラストオーダーらしいので、早速注文。
生ビール、じとっこの炭火焼き(小)、チキン南蛮、鶏皮ぽん酢、おびのてんぷら。
とりあえず、生ビールとお通し。
お通しはキャベツときゅうりがカットされていて、別皿に味噌がある。
この野菜に味噌を付けて食べる。
味噌はちょっと甘いかな？
『じとっこの炭火焼き』
大、中、小があって、小を注文。
炭火焼きになっているので、表面が黒くなっているが、地鶏だから
歯応えがあり、香りがいい。
『チキン南蛮』
胸肉をそのままではなく、味付けされていて、それを揚げた後にタルタルソースがかかっていて、胸肉もジューシーでタルタルソースも旨い！
『鶏皮ぽん酢』
ぽん酢が、普通のぽん酢と違ってさっぱりとしていて、風味がいい。鶏皮も茹でてなく焼いてあるので、香りが抜群。
『おびのてんぷら』
おびって何？
宮崎県にある飫肥って言う地名らしい。
ハモと飛び魚のすり身を揚げた物らしい。
てんぷらと言うよりも薩摩揚げ。
中々面白い料理がある店だ。
