休日は夫と別行動でb-Monster！
最近、本当にハマっています(笑)
b-Monsterの後は合流してご飯。ご飯もダイエットを意識して、たんぱく質を多く摂れるようにしています。
そこで伺ったのが、蒲田西口のじとっこ組合さん。

宮崎の地鶏がウリの鳥料理店。有名な塚田牧場さんのグループ店です。
乾杯はビール…ではなく、緑茶ハイで。そろそろお酒は止めろという声が聞こえて来そうですが(笑)
お通しはキャベツとキュウリがどどん鶏肉を使ったそぼろ味噌をつけていただきます。
こういう素朴で美味しいお通し大好き！

☆鶏胸肉のたたき
ムチムチした食感で肉の旨味を味わいます。ネギたっぷりで美味しい
☆日向難しらすのチョレギサラダ
胡麻油の香ばしさと塩気が美味しい。ドレッシングで少ししんなりする位がちょうどいい。
☆ササミ刺し
まずこれセットで頼んだ1品。
海苔を巻いていただきます。ササミは淡白な味だから、甘味を感じやすいたたきが美味しい。
☆鳥の炭火焼き
宮崎名物！ガンガンの炎の中で焼き上げる鳥は、見た目少し焦げて見えますが、身はプリップリ
☆手羽先
コラーゲンたっぷりの手羽先は、しっとり。塩がしっかり利いていて、お酒が進んじゃいます！
店内は個室が1つとテーブル席が4つほど。外から見るより少し狭めみたいです。
この日は早めに入ったのですが、団体さんが入ったらしく大賑わい。
店員さんが大変そうでした。
人気店なんですね。
帰りに入浴剤をくれて、店をあとにしました。
