コロナで旅行ができない。宮崎に行けなくて料理も食べられないので、食べてみたくて訪問。
お通しの生のキャベツときゅうりに味噌をつけるスタイル、味噌が甘くておいしかった。
まずこれセット中 1980円は、鶏肉をすごい火力であぶった黒くなっているもので食べたかった。お肉は弾力があっておいしかったが、塩味がきつすぎてまいった。柚子胡椒をつけてもおいしいのだが、つけるとこれ以上にしょっぱくなるので途中からつけなかった。居酒屋さんの塩味は、老年には、合わなかった。
ごぼうチップスも同様の理由で食べられなかった。ごぼうが柔らかくてカリッと上がっていたのに残念だった。
卵焼きは、やや甘めの味付け、肉巻きおにぎりは、甘辛の味で小ぶりで丁度食べやすかった。
お酒を飲むのには、良い味付けでも当方には、ちょっと合わなかった。
