職場の事務の方から蒲田に松坂牛のホルモンを扱うお店があると聞いたことを急にふと思い出し、調べてみると土日はランチ営業もしているとのことだったのでホルモン松阪路さんへ1人ランチで訪問。
以前は三重にあるホルモンまつやの東京進出店として営業していたようだが大人の事情なのか店名が変わっているよう。
店内は4人掛けテーブル席が3席と3人掛け、4人掛けの座敷がそれぞれ1席ずつのコンパクトなお店。
カウンターなどはないが、店員さんが気持ちよく迎えてくれるので1人でも入りやすい。

厨房の男性は提供スピードが早いのに盛り付けが丁寧。そしてお肉が綺麗。ホールの女性は空いた皿を下げてくれる時も笑顔で「ごゆっくりどうぞ」と声をかけてくれる。気配り、心配りの接客が素晴らしい。
ホルモンは甘味があるふわふわぷるぷるの脂がしっかりついているのに重たくなくて美味しい。味噌ダレをつけて食べるとさらに美味い。
レバーは新鮮で角が立っていてサクサクと歯切れが良く甘みが溢れ出てくる。
シビレはフォグラやカワハギの肝のような濃厚な脂を纏っていて中はとってもクリーミー。
おそらく人生で初めて口にする和牛（松坂牛）のハラミは肉肉しさやジューシーさもあるが柔らかくて脂が乗っている。表面がカリッとするまで焼くと香ばしさがプラスされてより美味しい。
口の中に残る脂の嫌な感じは一切なくホルモンの質の良さを感じる。
三重を代表する日本酒の而今や作が常備されていたり、お米は三重県産のコシヒカリを使用していたりとこだわりが凄い。
塩ハツや塩タン、焼きしゃぶなど他にも魅力的なメニューがたくさんあったが昼から飲み過ぎてしまう危険性があるので我慢してお会計。
美味しくて安いホルモン松阪路さんへはこれから定期的に訪問したいと思う。
