お目当てのお店が情報どおりに開店していなかったので、その前に気になっていた「俺のやきとり 蒲田」さんへ。
注文は、生ビールに ” おまかせ串5本盛り(この日は、もも串･皮串･ぼんじり串･砂肝串･つくね串) ”、” 鶏ハツモト串 ”、” はつ串 ” を。
もも串は、身が軟らかい。
皮串は、焼き加減がぷにょぷにょ感の軟らかめ（パリパリ皮が好きなので）
鶏ハツモト串は、軟らかいのに弾力もあって美味しい。
はつ串は、歯応えが丁度いい。
どの串も塩加減が良くて美味しかった。
店内もキレイで店員さんの対応も良かったです。
