前回、友人4人で伺った際、各自、肉玉単品を頼むという、あるまじき失態を犯し、二度と同じ過ちを繰り返さぬよう、今日は万全を期して独りで来た。
イカの肝バター焼き、アスパラ焼、肉玉ハーフサイズ。アルコール各種、計5杯。
カウンター席で、自分の注文はもとより、他人の注文も調理する様子が見られてワクワクする。
出来たては本当に美味しいし、カウンターだと鉄板上で提供して頂けるので、食べるのが激遅の自分
でも、ずっと温かいまま頂けた。
常連客の方が多い様子だったが、余所者の自分もないがしろにされることなく丁寧に接客して頂けて有り難かった。
