かねてよりのBM店。
蒲田方面を食事時に訪れる機会がなかなか無く、何年も経ってますが、ついにその時が。
日曜日の昼時ですが、列は２名のみ。
5分程で入店出来ました。
キッチンの男性と配膳などを行う女性の２名でのオペレーションですが、お二人ともキビキビとした動きで無駄がない。
口頭注文の前金方式、看板メニューの味噌麻婆麺か並んでいる間に少し迷いましたが大辛麺を注文。
数分で着丼。
唐辛子の香りがフワッと。
味と辛さは、想像通り中本の北極に似ていますが、あちらよりざらついておらず食べやすい。
あっという間に完食し、外に出ると10名ほどの列が出来てました。
また機会があれば味噌麻婆麺も食べてみたい。
