京急蒲田駅から一駅のロケーションにあるイタリアン。
半年に一度先の予約を受け付けていて、電話での予約合戦がとても大変なお店。
美食家の皆さんがそこまでして予約したがるお店はどんなお店だろう？と気になっていたが、実際に伺ってみると、納得した。
特にクオリティが高かったのが、牡蠣を使ったグラタン。
こちらはホワイトソース＆チーズとの相性が抜群で、大ぶりの牡蠣のクリーミーさと相俟って、シェフの用意している白ワインとの相性が抜群だった。
ワインが進む料理と、品質が高くリーズナブルなワインがとても良く、また伺いたい店である。
