焼肉ではなく、塊肉！ステーキ！という事で、色々探した結果、こちらに伺いました。
食べログのプレミアムクーポンを使用させていただいたので通常利用外にさせていただきました。
電話をし、18時30分にお伺い。
電話ではプレミアムクーポンがうまく伝わりませんでしたが、来店時に再度確認していただき使わせていただきました。
忙しい中、オーナー確認していただきありがとうございます。
まずはメニューを拝見。
飲み物は我が家のお気に入りの赤ワイン、ファントムがあったので迷わずそちらをチョイス。
フードは、店員さんにも聞き、メインのお肉が赤身との事で、まずは100グラムでオーダー。
他にマッシュルームマリネ、マッシュポテトをオーダー。
お通しはサラダです。
そしてマッシュルームマリネが到着。
うーむ、思いのほかボリュームが…
といっても380円なので許容範囲。
続いてマッシュポテト。
我が家的にはもう少しコシたクリーミーなのが好みですが、こちらも許容範囲。
そしてしばしワインを飲んで待ちます。
やはりファントムは旨し。
いよいよ肉の登場です。
思いのほか、鉄板が熱々ではなかったですが、肉は美味しいです。
柔らかく、赤みの旨さがしっかりあります。
そして追加。
ポルケッタと牛ハツのロースト100g。
しばしワインを飲んで待ちます。
ポルケッタ到着。
うーむ。
思いのほか鉄板に油が溜まり、少し肉の臭みもあり残念。
そして牛ハツ到着。
鉄板も熱々で臭みもなく旨い。
ごま油とピンク色の塩で美味しくいただきました。
さらに追加で、
原木ハモンセラーノとミモレットを注文。
ハモンセラーノは厚みにムラがありもう少し薄いとさらに美味しいという部分もありました。
ミモレットに関しては、値段も安いので、それ相応かなと。
店員さんの対応も良く、フロアが1名のようでしたが、一生懸命対応していただきました。
全体的には、赤身肉は美味しく、他は普通といった感じでした。
ファントムが飲めたのは嬉しかったです（笑）
