はらぺこだったのでお昼の11時半頃行ってみたよ。
先客は2組ほどでおいらはカウンター席に案内されたよ。
会計板のQRコードを読み込んで注文してねだって。スマホ持ってることが前提だね。
おいらはスマホ持参してたので、ハラミ300gをミディアムで注文したんだ。
ソースはわさび醤油にしたよ。
注文から配膳が遅いなーと思いながら待っていると、先に後客へ配膳されているじゃアーリませんか。しかも同じハラミ300g…。
おかしいなーと思い厨房を見ると、調理担当殿と目が合って間違いに気づいた様子。
その後すぐに何事も無かったかのように配膳されるもあまり気分が良いものではないんだな。
気を取り直して、ステーキをナイフで切ると分厚いので、ミディアムでも中は結構レア。
なのである程度切ってから鉄板の余熱で火を通そうね。
食べてみるとすんごい柔らかいの。思ってたよりずっと美味しかった。
ライスと味噌汁はお代わり自由だってよ。CPも思ってたより良い感じ。
