蒲田No. 1家系にして家系を冠しないお店
常に並びがあるようですが他に並んでた方たちの会話からは、この日は並び少なめだったよう
わたしで15人目くらいでしたが
あらかじめ食券の購入などのアナウンスもあり
30分ほど待って店内へ案内されました
丁寧な接客から感じされる味わいは
コクがありつつもすっきりとした旨味の味わい
雑味が少なめなのがとても食べやすさを感じます
他店に比べて忠実に硬濃少を守ってくれてる印象
故に個人的な好みとしては少し塩味が強かったです
濃さは普通でも良かったかも
チャーシューも柔らかく満足感高いです
なんと言っても店員さんの接客態度がとても良くて好感持てました
