蒲田の人気店です。
平日18時過ぎに初めて訪問しましたが、待ちが2人。
そんなもんかーと思いつつ、出てきた店員さんに促されて食券を買って外の並びに戻ろうとしたら、7人ほど列が。。
結果、すぐ入れて5分で着丼。
ものすごーくラッキーなタイミングだったようです（笑）
さてお味ですが。。。
なんでしょう？
麺は中太麺。スープはしっかり家系。
でもなんだかさっぱりめ？
いやさっぱりめではない。
が、すっと食べれる。そんな感じなんです。
お近くの環2家さんと比べると塩味が上品かな？
醤油もガツンと香るというよりほんのり、でもきちんと香る感じ。。
今日は味玉ラーメンと小松菜、海苔、ネギトッピング。
それとライス。
デフォルトで小松菜きちんと入っている＋トッピングの量が結構あるので、小松菜とネギは余計だったかも。
海苔はやはり家系といえばのライスには必須なので追加して正解です。
ちなみにすっと食べれるとはいえ家系なのでそこは勘違いなされぬよう（笑）
途中でテーブル上のにんにく、さらには生姜（おそらく醤油ベースで味がついてる？）加えると塩味が増して、ご飯にぴったりのスープになりました。
