週末の夜に訪問。
1階は満席のようでしたが、通された2階席は空いていました。
ラム串を注文。
ラム肉をクミンなどのスパイスで焼いたもので、スパイスの香りがとても良い。
さらにホタテのガーリック焼きを注文したところ、こちらもスパイスがとても美味しい。
このスパイスの美味しさなら、さぞ麻婆が美味しいだろうと、チーズ麻婆豆腐を注文。
この麻婆豆腐の香りがとてもすごい。スパイスが複雑で、辛みだけではないスパイスの旨味が感じられました。
