テーブルチェックで予約。予約した時間の15分前に到着。予約5分前に入店。
【味の感想】
まず、蛤の匂いと味が強く感じられます。
スープを一口飲むと、蛤の味の他にシジミの味をしっかりと感じ、強い貝出汁のパンチを楽しみます。
麺はツルツルの特製麺。箸が滑ってしまい、掴めないくらいのツルツルさ。スープが濃厚なので、これくらいの麺がちょうどよく感じます。
貝出汁の強みを凝縮したような一杯、淡麗ではなく、どちらかというと濃厚に感じます。貝出汁の最濃厚は「むかん」さんだと思いますが、そこよりは淡麗より。
何にしても、唯一無二の美味しいラーメンでした。
