蒲田に2021年オープンした「立食い寿司 根室花まる グランデュオ蒲田店」。
札幌に本店を持つ「根室花まる」の立食い業態です。
場所は蒲田駅直結の駅ビル「グランデュオ蒲田 西館1F」。
休日の昼時は行列が出来ていますが、カウンター13席立食いなのでそれほど時間はかからないです。
メニューは北海道のネタを含む各種お好み寿司におつまみ、ドリンクなど。
注文票に記載してスタッフに渡す方式です。
「とろにしん」190円
他の立食い寿司ではなかなか見ない道産メニュー。
ネタに包丁が入れられて美しいです。
クセなどなく、濃厚でとろける旨さ。
「根室花まる」では外せない一品です。
「活北寄ひも」270円
フレッシュで大きな北寄貝ヒモ。
クセなく新鮮な旨味がたまらないです。
「活つぶ貝」270円
ボイルではなく「活」のつぶ貝。
小ぶりでもゴリっとした生の食感がリッチです。
「二階建てほたて」370円
厚いほたてが2枚縦に乗った「根室花まる」人気メニュー。
ネットリした食感で「活」では無いっぽいですが、見た目は良いです。
「本日の切り落とし軍艦」120円
この日の切り落としはマグロ。
ヅケなのか旨味が濃く、お値打ちメニューです。
「あぶらかれい」190円
モチモチで身が柔らかく濃厚ですが、脂は残らずスッキリ。
軽く炙られて香ばしい風味もあります。
「紅鮭筋子醤油漬け」270円
軍艦ではなく握りのたっぷり筋子醤油漬け。
皮のストレスが無く濃厚で、下手な「いくら」より断然旨いです。
一貫なので量を食べると結構しますが、適度に良いものを食べるのに最適。
握りの提供もかなり速いので、サクッといただけます。
