並んでいるところを見かけたこともあるのでどうかなと思いましたが、平日のこの時間ならまだ大丈夫でした。
ですがやはり早い方が良さそう。回転早いですが、タイミングによってはいっぱいでした。

どれも美味しかったです！
ただ、玉子系は普通でした。
炙りセットの内容は
・炙りほっき貝
・炙りとろサーモン
・炙り〆サバ
自慢の焦がし醤油で
とのことですが、店員さんに相談し、ほっき貝を同じ価格帯の中トロに変更していただきました！
ありがとうございます。
炙り中トロは焦がし醤油では無く、普通にお醤油でいただきました。
注文は紙に書いて店員さんに渡します。
とても気持ちの良い店員さんが握ってくださいます。大変気分良く食事を楽しめました♩

赤身は、中とろ？！中とろは、大とろ？！と思うほどでした。
なので私は、むしろ赤身の方が良かったです。
基本どれも美味しいですが、唯一さばじそ手巻きは、さばのにおいが気になって、あんまりでした。
