朝はご飯派？パン派？
今日は蒲田にある【SONGBIRD BAKERY】に来てみた。蒲田が最寄りとはいいつつも15分くらい歩くのでアクセスは良くないがいつも行列の人気店。今回も10人程並んでました。
向ヶ丘遊園の【セテュヌ ボンニデー】出身らしい。
パンは20種類近く並んでいて季節ものも多そう。
今日は以下商品を注文。
べらぼうに高くない価格設定が好感持てる。
基本どれもおいしいが個人的に感動レベルは春菊のパン。
春菊の苦味を小麦の甘さで調和し、塩で旨味を引き出すという驚きのパン。今までに食べたことない感じだった。
あんバターもカルピスバター使用で上品で食べやすい。
スモークサーモンだけはもう少し具の主張があっても良かったかな。
ぜひ、他のパンも試したくなりました。
パン好きはぜひ行ってみて。
