銀座アスター出身シェフが蒲田にてオープンした「中国料理にいくら」
オーナーシェフの新倉雄一さんは、老舗中国料理店の「銀座アスター」にて長らく修行された方で、複数店舗で料理長を務めた後、2021年12月10日に地元の蒲田にて「中国料理にいくら」をオープンさせた。
場所は、蒲田と蓮沼のちょうど中間ぐらいの場所でそれぞれの駅から徒歩５分ぐらいの場所。
蒲田駅西口前の大通りに面したロケーション的にも良い場所。
入口の大きな暖簾をくぐると、石畳が敷かれており高級感がある。
店は、１階にカウンター席6席と6名用テーブルが1卓。２階は、個室として区切れる４名用テーブルが４卓。
今回は、こちらのお店の常連の方による２階貸切で特別コースをいただいた。
先ずは、この店名物のレバーパテをさくらんぼ風に仕上げたアミューズに始まり、九谷焼の豆皿に盛られた前菜６種盛り。
活け造り風に盛られた鯛の中華風カルパッチョを見せるために出したのち、各自に小分け。
角煮や生春巻き等も出て、フカヒレ。
こちらは、モヤシも丁寧に処理されている。
エビチリはこの店らしくオリジナリティーが高い。
その後も数品出て、〆はご飯と麺の２種類。
ルーローハンと雲丹とジュンサイの冷麺。
デザートは、アイス最中とぜんざい。
今回は、ワイン等を持ち寄って、それらを頭割りにして23000円。
この辺りでこの価格は、かなり強気ではあるが、それに恥じない内容とはなっていた。
惜しむらくは、今回目当ての担々麺が出なかったので次回はランチにでも伺ってみよう。
