週末ランチで訪問。コースだとランチでも予約可能、人気店のようなのでコース以外でだと早めの来店がおすすめ。
店内はカウンターのある一階とテーブル席もある二階で構成。古民家がおしゃれにリノベーションされていて良い雰囲気です。
黒酢酢豚と鶏肉をカリッと揚げた料理ツイピーチー（脆皮鶏）を注文。前菜から小籠包、オニオンスープがついて来ます。黒酢酢豚もツイピーチーも上品で盛り付けもキレイ。どうやら銀座アスターで腕を振るわれていたとのことで納得。そして美味。ツイピーチーは皮はパリッとして肉はとてもジューシー。黒酢酢豚も外はカリッとして中はしっとり。
お店の方も親切丁寧で、ツイピーチーが出るまで時間がかかることを事前に知って説明の上、先にそのほかの料理やご飯を出してくれるなど細やか。
いつか百名店などに選ばれる気が。ぜひまた食べに伺おうと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
